However, we are unable to offer refund for custom-made jewelry according to your specifications.

For refund or exchange, customer must send their returning merchandise within 14 days from receipt, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase and a laboratory report if any. You are also responsible for all expenses and shipping costs and an appropriate handling charge would not more than 10% be deducted accordingly.
