Price Comparison Guarantee

DiamondC.com aims to provide diamonds with competition price to our customers.

Thus, we offer the “Price Comparison Guarantee” to our customers.The price comparison guarantee would give you the chance refund our product if you buy and pay for a diamond product from DiamondC.com, then find the same grading and quality diamond (GIA standard) at a lower price from any other local listing retailer chain store. We would be appreciated to refund the difference or even full payment when refund condition is satisfied after deducted all corresponding expense, shipping charges and an appropriate handling charge which is not more than 10% of the total value.

Remark: the guarantee is valid for 14 days from receipt. Also, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase and a laboratory report if any.

We also offered Diamond Upgrade Program.

Knowing your concern, our customers are entitled to upgrade their diamond which purchased from us. Within 180days from the date of invoice, you are entitled to return your certified diamonds which is purchased from us. We would count it as 80% of the original value as credit to settle your new upgrade diamond payment form us. However, such upgrade of diamond must be more than double in value of returned item.

Remark:

• The returning diamond must be in good condition with original laboratory grading certificate.
• We will not accept any returning product has damages.
• DiamondC.com.hk reserves the right of final decision in case if any dispute arise.
